Maddox

Once or Twice a year the Rich family has dinner at Maddox in Brigham City. I don't really eat that much meat, but this place is great. It reminds me of good Texas comfort food. The rolls are to die for also. So head up to Brigham City and try this place out if you haven't already!!!

Randoms...

I have not posted much lately because really not much has been going on. But here is some randoms that we have been up too....

My husband surprised me this weekend for Valentines with these beautiful diamond earrings. He is amazing and thoughtful.

We went to the Jazz Game last week. We got some good seats through work. Second to last game before Sloan Quit. Sad.
Friday night I went to my grandma's house to hang out with family because Marty went to another Jazz game with his Bro. Pictured below is my cousin Chris. But I got to see Aunt Karen, Jill her new Fiance, Dave, my brother, grandma, and Brin. I'm grateful I have family close by.

We also spent some time with our friends in the ward last weekend. We played x-box kinect, dance central, in which I am now addicted too.!!! Grateful for great friends close by also!!

Happy Valentine's day everyone.

Arizonia, Lindsey's Home, and much more....

I don't know what a good Christmas looks like to you...but this is what mine looks like. It was a beautiful 70 degrees while we were in Arizona. Needless to say, it is hard to come back to this winter wonderland called Utah. Here is what went on and some random pics as well....

Got the whole family together for the first time in 2 years!!!

Christmas Eve dinner we went to Ah So which is similar to Benihanas!! It was yummy!

Lindsey is BACK from her Mission in Jacksonville Florida.... It was fun to see her FINALLY!!

Random Pics of the Family: Some fun stuff we did.... Movies and Shopping of course. Games.. Games and more Games... and Lindsey gave her Homecoming talk in church.

Mom and me...exhausted.

Caitlin and I at a steakhouse down there. Good Stuff! I think Caitlin ate Steak every day we were there. Confused why she weighs a 100 lbs. ;)

Mom is so happy Lindsey is home.... Look at the glasses my dad is sporting. He is so funny!

This Christmas Tree is Huge... at the outlets by my parents. I could not capture it on my little camera.

I took lots of sister shots since we have not had any in a couple years.

This picture perfectly describes game nights with my family... I am super intense and competitive...Marty is falling asleep...and I am stressing Caitlin out...and my mom is trying to remind me to be nice and Lindsey does not know what the heck is going on.

My favorite Brother.

We were all watching a movie. Talk about too many people on one couch.

Christmas Eve with Marty (Ah So)

We liked this shot because Jake Gylenhal is in the picture with us.

Did I mention I cooked all of Christmas Dinner!!! Marty helped a lot too ;) but i was pretty proud of myself.. I never ever cook.

We also got to go to the Phoenix Zoo with good friends Billy and Katy. (Same couple we went to Vegas with earlier in the year) There little boy is so cute and we love spending time with them. We only wish we lived closer!!! How awesome that we got to go to the Zoo and not be cold. Only in Arizona!!

Cute Couple.

Marty and Billy...This picture would be better if it was framed in a heart. Katy knows what I am talking about..These boys love each other.

Beautiful Katy... She is eight months along!!! Baby #2 coming soon.

This Christmas was hard to have surprise gifts because we were traveling... we ended up just ordering all new bedding, a head board, and some things for our bedroom...but there managed to be a few surprises.

It is so nice to be married to a guy with good taste! He got me this coach bag. I love it.

Of all the things Marty got this remote control Helicopter is his favorite... he plays with it every night...it is so funny to watch him especially when he crashes it.

New Years Eve
We got to hang out with the Rich's where we had fun playing x-box connect. Pretty good workout.

My little niece got way into this!

Marty and Dirk really got into it. Marty has a sprained thumb to prove it. That happened during the boxing game.. Nice boys.

And Finally.....
Caitlin is driving... clear the road everyone...!!!

5 years already!!!

5 years later and I still think I married the smartest, funniest, cutest guy ever.

Marty sent me Daisy's (my favorite) and we enjoyed dinner at Melting Pot. (very full and very good)

Year 5: We are a little older... but I'm fine getting old with this guy.
Happy Anniversary Marty!!!

My favorite thing about Salt Lake City:

The Lights at Temple Square. We spent some Holiday time with the Rich Family, since we will be off to Arizona for Christmas this year. We ate at the Lionhouse and saw the lights. It is my favorite Christmas Tradition.

My cute niece. Emmalee.

I love the Salt Lake Temple.

I wish I could do this in my front yard.

All my nephews and my niece:
Matthew, Skyler, Wesley, and Emmalee

My sister in law Amanda and me in front of Deseret Book. Look how cute they did the window.
It was crazy downtown on Saturday night but so worth seeing the lights this year. We live in such a great city!

Thankgiving with the Christison's!!!

This year for Thanksgiving, my family came in town and we got to spend time with them and some extended family as well. I have a lot to be thankful for this year: An amazing husband, a beautiful home to live in, prayer, the temple, good friends.. I am so lucky in the friend department. Family, Marty's and Mine.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Caitlin is 17 now!! Geez!

Movie night! It was way too cold! This thanksgiving I am grateful for Summer.

My Aunt Julie hosted Thanksgiving at her home. She is so great and her home is so pretty. Everything was very cute and Martha Stewart like. Thanks Julie!!

My cousin Chris and the big fatty turkey.

Mom, Caitlin, and Emi

My cute cousin Jonna and and her cute girl Taylor! She was so fun.

The feast..
The kid table.

One of my favorite things at family dinner is sitting around with my family after and just joking around.

So full!!!!

Brinley and Emi

Dad Mom and Bob

I love my sister.

Emi and Caitlin at Red Robin.
And the best part of the weekend!!!......

Utah WON!
You should of seen my cousin Emi (right of me) get so excited when BYU missed the field goal that she grabbed me and hit me repeatably in the arm. I have the bruises to prove it. This was a perfect end to an awesome weekend. ;)
