What has been going on around here... well not too much..

 

 

 

Bradley got some One Year Old Pics.  He is such a handsome boy and growing up so fast.

 

Love this boy.

 

 

Earlier in the month I went to Arizona and chilled with my Family for a few days.  We went on walks and I hung out a lot with my sister.. I would go down to Arizona once a month if I could. Always a good time.

 

 

Just missing Lindsey. ohh and BoB.

So Skinny.  He got shots also... blahh.

 

 

I have been back to running a lot lately... nothing crazy yet but I think I am seeing a half marathon in my future.

 

 

 

 

MOTHERS DAY 2013

 

Saturday Marty took me to a movie and dinner and then Sunday we went to church and then a baby blessing, followed by dinner with Marty's mom and then off to Marty's Grandmas.. It was a fun day.

 

Happy Mothers Day to all the mommies I know and of course my mommies. 

I never talk about what it means to me to be a mom because I cant even some in up in words, I just know it is the most wonderful thing.

 

Thanks to all my mommies.

 

I guess I just hope I do my kids proud and that one day they will tell me I did a decent job.

That is it for now.... We will be heading on a cruise to Mexico and hanging out in New Orleans next week. I am leaving Bradley with My parents in Arizona.. I will miss him so much, but looking forward to some relaxing moments with the husband. 

Bradley Turned One!!! Fun FIlled Weekend!

 

My baby is one. It was a 2 day celebration and my family even came in town for it. Here are the highlights of the weekend.

 

 

 

 

 

On his actual Birthday April 18th we went to lunch at Chilis

 

 

and dinner with my family at little America.  Lindsey my sister chose it because her birthday is the same day as Bradley's.

Then on Saturday we had his ONE YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY PARTY

 

All of my family was there and all of Marty's Family. It was a wonderful day.

Bradley had his first Easter.

Also it was conference.

 

Some of my Favorites from Conference Include this:

Be true to the faith you already have, don't let questions stand in the way of faith working miracles in your life.  What we know will always trump what we do not know, always walk in faith.

When you see imperfection the limitation is not in the divinity of the work.

Be patient, kind and forgiving.

When you need help do not be afraid to ask, God will send help from both sides of the veil.

Belief is a precious work it it the first step towards conviction.

 

Seek Christs Light, plead with Heavenly Father, let him know your trials, ask for his comfort, seek his light and don't compare yourself, u will make mistakes but continue to seek the light, as we draw near to god he will draw near to us, when in Darkness Christ said I am the light of the world, he who should follow me shall not walk in Darkness.

 

These are jumbled thoughts from my conference notes but I was really inspired this conference and have been Abel to set some new personal goals.  One of those is eliminating facebook for awhile. So if you want updates, my blog is the place to go.  I want to disconnect from the world for awhile and focus on more scripture and spiritual study.

February Updates

 

Not much going on around here but i feel this need to make sure this blog stays updated.

 

The beginning of the month started with some super bowl.

 

 

 

 

You can see Bradley is really enjoying this with his cousins Skyler and Wesley

 

These two are so lucky to live down the street from each other. Bradley and Ethan love cousin time. I am pretty sure this picture is a sign of things to come when they are older.

 

 

I spent a good part of the month in Arizona.  Sole purpose of visit was to get out of the YUCKY Utah weather. It was super nice the first part and then kind of cold the last part. All in all a nice break. But Marty really missed us.

Bradley played with my mom every morning so i could sleep in. Grandma and Grandpa also watched him so my sister and I could do some shopping and see a movie. We saw Safe Haven.  It was like Sleeping with the Enemy and Charlie St Cloud wrapped into one movie.  Kind of Weird.
